Bismillah Copywork 100 Qur'an Verses for Character & Confidence (PRINTABLE PDF)
RISE Handwriting Curriculum
This handwriting curriculum was created by Dr. Qanita Mohiuddin and her children as a way to practice penmanship, intentionally choosing meaningful verses from the Qur’an. It is designed for children ages 5 and up and centers on 100 carefully selected Qur’anic verses that help build character, confidence, and a strong sense of faith in everyday life.
The curriculum is organized into 10 categories, with 10 verses in each section. At the end of every category, there is one reflection question to encourage conversation, journaling, and critical thinking. The categories include:
Get to Know Allah and RISE
RISE by Serving Allah and His Creation
RISE as You Forgive and Seek Forgiveness
RISE with Knowledge
RISE in Nature
Establish Prayer and RISE
RISE with Rabbana Duas
RISE with Exceptional Character
Detach from Dunya and RISE
RISE to the Highest Levels of Jannah
This curriculum is flexible. It can be used as a Ramadan resource, a weekly Friday practice, or simply one verse a day, depending on what works best for your family. It is ideal for both home educators and Islamic school teachers.
At its core, this is not just handwriting practice. It is an opportunity for children to write the words of the Qur’an while slowly absorbing the values those words teach.
