WELCOME TO EDUCATE WITH RISE ACADEMY

At the heart of every course we offer is a simple belief: every moment of a child's life is an opportunity for growth, connection, and purpose. Dr. Qanita designs each curriculum with the intention that learning should not only build knowledge, but also nurture souls, strengthen character, and cultivate a lifelong love for seeking knowledge.

With a deep commitment to integrating Qur'an and Seerah into core academic subjects, Dr. Qanita believes that children deserve an education that honors both their intellectual abilities and spiritual development. Her approach combines meaningful, faith-centered experiences with academic rigor, high expectations, and thoughtful instruction. She believes children are naturally curious and eager to learn; and when we create purposeful learning environments and raise the bar, students discover the joy and sweetness of knowledge while recognizing their own potential.

As a homeschooling mother of six children, Dr. Qanita understands the hopes, challenges, and sacrifices of families seeking an education rooted in faith and excellence. Her younger children are students in these very classes, and she approaches every child with the same care, investment, and love she would give her own. Her older children also contribute as advisors and teaching assistants, helping to build a learning community grounded in mentorship, service, and family.

Dr. Qanita holds a Doctorate in Education and brings over 22 years of teaching experience to every lesson. Through these courses, her mission is to create spaces where students are challenged academically, inspired spiritually, and empowered to become confident learners, thoughtful leaders, and lifelong seekers of knowledge.

All courses begin the week of September 14, 2026, inshaAllah.

Testimonials

“MashaAllAh this has been an awesome class! Qanita knows how to really sparkle the love of learning her students’ heart. It’s one of few classes where my son really looks forward too. “

I highly recommend Qanita’s language art classes and plan to continue with her InshaAllah.

— Parent N

"My favorite part of this class was the group projects where we got to work together. I loved collaborating with my classmates and learning from each other.

Throughout the semester, I learned so much about the Sahabah and the amazing characteristics from their lives that I want to implement in my own life, inshaAllah. I also improved my writing skills a lot. I learned important grammar skills like using commas and apostrophes correctly, and Alhamdulillah, I can see a big difference in my writing.

Honestly, I would not change one thing about the class because it was great for me. At first, the homework looked like a lot, but it ended up being the perfect amount and helped me grow.

The in-class group activities were definitely one of my favorite parts. They were fun, meaningful, and helped me learn in a different way. I would rather keep the class the way it is, with the assignments completed beforehand, because it allows us to have more time for hands-on activities, discussions, and collaboration.

Jazakillahu khair for teaching us. I learned so much, and I hope you keep teaching and never let anyone get in your way!"

“Qanita is an exceptional educator. She is qualified, experienced, patient and effective. My son was eager to attend classes, participate, and learn.”

She meets the child at his level, sets high exceptions then helps each child reach their potential. She balances challenging the children and developing depth and proficiency in their talents and interests. Qanita makes each child feel important, capable and excited - creating an environment where your child will thrive.

— Parent A

Qanita has years of experience as an educator and is on a continual path of seeking knowledge and improvement. Qanita’s guidance in our children’s education has always come from a place of love, respect, and a sincere desire to encourage growth. We have also benefited from Qanita’s parenting advice and her encouragement to grow in a positive way as a parent to be able to have a stronger and deeper connection with our kids, as this will facilitate their success more than any class. More than this, being able to interact with Qanita, there were many opportunities to learn from her example - her desire to see everyone succeed, and her ability to connect with people and find their strengths, naturally leads her to interact with people in a beautiful and productive way. She is able to understand her students’ strengths and weaknesses, their abilities and their needs, and will develop customized educational goals for her students. I think Qanita is truly one of those unique teachers who loves her work and believes deeply in uplifting those around her.
