This curriculum is based on Shaykh Omar Suleiman's The Firsts lecture series by Yaqeen Institute. Since the series includes four episodes dedicated to Umar RA, this PDF contains four complete lessons. Each lesson corresponds to one episode, with writing prompts and activities thoughtfully designed to reinforce the themes and lessons presented in that lecture.
For the best learning experience, students should first preview the lesson before watching the corresponding episode.
